For anyone within KPMG, or other big 4 if applicable, do people who joined in the first half / middle of the performance year get raises at year end or is their salary held steady?
I have heard that if your joining is in Sep. You will considered for pro rata basis bonus, Just want to clarify that is there any particular date which is in Sep before that you will consider for bonus ( e.g., any date of sept or before 15th Sep) JPMorgan Chase

Hi MDs at EY - what is your first year comp? Trying to decide whether to stay to make MD next year (already been offered the spot so pretty much guaranteed) or take another offer. I’m in audit so prefer hearing from Audit MDS but I’ll take any info honestly. Really appreciate it. Thanks!
I have a secret clearance, and wonder if that’s worth something with regard to a signing bonus.
Hello all, this is my first post! Currently at US Bank as a mortgage officer and looking to go to Chase. I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. One year left to complete my MBA. Should I make the move or stay where I’m at? And what is the typical salary and commission to be expected on the offer letter? Any information would be great.

I just swore into my state's bar. Law is my second career (I'm in my early 30's). I had a clerkship in a criminal court lined up that was rescinded because of a COVID hiring freeze. I'm looking for a job as an associate somewhere, any practice area (though criminal law is my ideal area). Does anybody have any tips for a brand new attorney on how to start? I'm used to just sending my resume and a cover letter to potential employers from my time in my previous field; should I be networking more?

I’m relocating to the Houston Tx. area and have been looking for Hr generalist jobs. I’ve been applying for a few weeks now for positions ranging from entry lvl to senior lvl and have yet to get an interview or a follow up.
