Anyone tell me about culture and how is the experience working there ? I know this company is funded by 7 major US banks and grown to 1500 employees.

Shall I stick to current company or make a move to Early Warning(Zelle) based on current market condition.

I’ve recently been promoted to an Art Director’s title from being a Designer. However, I haven’t received a change in pay and was told that I will have to wait until I reach 1 year with company in the fall/winter cycle to receive the raise that comes with the title change. I currently make 63k with about 3 years of experience. What should I expect in my salary for this promotion to becoming an art director (from a designer)?

I recently got an offer for almost double my current salary. A tech startup wants me to join the team and handle a few select balance sheet items as part of their fairly large accounting department… the only thing is I’m worried I’ll be pigeonholing myself. Should I be okay with transitioning as an auditor to a specialized accountant like that? I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

Hi Fishes, Joined DUSI previous week & my offer letter is issued from salapuria soft zone office address. But my orientations was held on yemlur office & I'm also staying near to yemlur office. In the W2D lauch they mentioned the office which you are reporting will be based on the project & the PM will address which office you should go.
Today I'm allocated to the project & I'm the only one in bangalore office. So I can go to the yemlur office instead of salapuria?

I gave interview in TCS got selected, HR sent CTC breakup around 60% hike. Then after 1.5 month she said didn't get approval and dropped candidature. Now after 2 months she called again and offered 30% hike.
I don't have any other offer in hand. Should I accept the offer or re-negotiate? Or simply say no!

TCS has released the offer letter for me & my doj is on 30th Jan which I chose. My current employer is ready to release me early and my lwd is 30th November.
