I recently cleared technical interview for HCL technologies. I had discussion with the HR and we agreed on a figure as my CTC. He said that he would get the necessary approvals from recruitment manager. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received any updates.
I tried following up on email, phone call but there is no response.
Feels like I have been ghosted. What should I do next?

I got an email from TCS to submit all the documents. I had given one telephonic round alone after that they have taken myself along with Aadhar card photograph screenshot 2 days back. No interview happened except telephonic.

Does it mean I'm done with interview process or should I expect further rounds in future.

I interviewed for a job at a new company, and the role would be a huge pivot for me. When asked, I gave the absolute minimum I would be willing to accept (my current salary) since I have no experience in the area. The company came back and offered an interview for a different role, much closer to the job I currently do. Is there any way to salvage the salary negotiation if I’ve already given them a low number for the original job I applied for? I’d like to negotiate a raise if I’m not pivoting

I had to decline a first round interview after resume submission with another Big 4 because I wanted to talk with my current employer first + had some relocation issues/decisions to deal with. Depending on how the conversation with my current firm goes, I would like to move on. How long would i have to wait to submit resume to the same team/company, and would they even reconsider me? Max I can wait is prob about 6-7months..

What is the locking period for persistent system for re-attending interview? I gave interview 1.5 months back but was not selected that

Hi all, I joined as a traine in devops engineer 1 yr back. My LPA was 1.2. after 1 yr Now I have a LPA of 3.2.
I have no developer background. I joined just after college at that time. I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.
