I have a phone interview coming up for SWE,
I’m a full time systems engineer and my work is no where related to coding.
I have been putting in double hours, studying DS and ALGO.
Any other recommendations that I should keep in mind to crack this interview. I’m all excited that a google recruiter got in touch with me, at the same time I’m really anxious and low on confidence.

I just got an update from the recruiter that it is a L4. Any thoughts on where my TC should be going into compensation conversations? Would appreciate a breakdown too if there is a best route to go.

180 total comp best offer (outside of San Fran and NYC)
Thanks G2. What about in NYC? $200k? (150k salary, 50k equity)? Is that unheard of?

Equity is a bit high....I'd say 130-150 base
15 target bonus....reap bonus of 16.5-18%
140-180 total equity (split over 4 years)
