Hi everyone!
The startup I’m with is growing fast and we are hiring Tech recruiters with at least 5yrs of experience:

I’m with them now for 3 months and I never felt as psychologically safe as I feel now — our Head of Talent is incredible, so as our leadership team as a whole. We have a true collaborative culture, and I am learning a lot with them. If you have any questions, feel free to DM or email me at laura@laskie.com :)
Is Putnam hiring in it’s ny office right now?

Hey all, I got an offer from Infosys UK. They are offering 130K GBP (base) and 20% variable paid out quarterly In addition, I will be getting approx 300 shares as ESOPs Profile : 8 YOE Skill: AI architect/manager Do you think this is as per market? I have tried to negotiate base for another 15% , but they seems to be very rigid, and clarified no further increase is possible Infosys
I would schedule a meeting with your management - bring reports to compare your salary to show them your current salary is way under what is current . Ask them why they think your current salary is accurate and how did they come up with that “ salary “
Yep. Make them aware of it and let them know you do not feel you're being valued based on your work and position. Let them know you're ready and willing to discuss a more realistic comp for your role.
Ask for a meeting to discuss compensation. Do some research on current market rates - they're likely even higher than that +16k one you found. Your situation is rare in that you may be asking for the kind of raise they aren't prepared to weather at the moment, but hold your ground even if it means working out a system where they scale you up every quarter until you get where you deserve to be. Sorry they got away with this!
