Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

Hi, I am selected for the Content Developer role in TechM, but they are just offering me a 30% hike and I even need to shift to Pune. Is it good or are there other ways to increase the offer? HR told me that this salary is auto generated from the system and can't be increased.

Have a R1 with BCG but the HR said in the invitation that their first start dates for Consultant are in 2022. Is this normal? Can this be negotiated?

I found a position in McKinsey Digital for Software Engineer position in Planetrics team. Upon searching I found Planetrics was acquired by McKinsey and this position is a part of a “client serving” team.

My question is what’s the growth like when joining McKinsey as a software engineer

I started a job at McKinsey recently and not enjoying it. Any insight into moving positions within the firm? How to approach this? Or should I just look for new work?

If you come into McKinsey as an experienced business analyst (2 years of work experience after doing undergrad) is the promotion to JA faster?
