Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. I'm rejected in the final interview round of VmWare. I had never been rejected in a final round of the interview process before. They asked some networking and C language based questions which I studied 6 years ago in college. I have other offers in hand. But I saw good reviews about this company. Or fixed pay is the inhand salary and both pfs are excluded from this. Fixed pay = Basic + Flexi benefits. There is no CTC mentioned in offer letter .
