I recently got interviewed for both Technical and Managerial Round in Vois. But Still no Hr Contacted me? I don't know about status of my candidature.

I am feeling a bit low today got another rejection call. I am seeking a strategic SR HRBP/ Director role while I do get interview calls, even go through 8-9 rounds of interview it’s not culminating into a offer. Through out the process I have been confident going from one round to the other as I know my own ability, interviewed with some good companies Anthem, Optum, Nordstrom....what am I doing wrong? I wish someone would tell.

To me, it does not seem straight-forward.
For instance, international staffing, McKinsey’s most distinctive feature does not really exist in the Middle East. Consultants must work in the Middle East first and can only work from time to time out of the region as opposed to other offices which are more open.
