I recently graduated with a BS in EE and accepted a swe role for $90k base, $3k sign on, and $11k in RSUs. I thought it was a good deal, but just heard about this app. What does everyone think? I had 2 years worth of internship, but only a few months worth in swe field.

I was pregnant and desperate to take what would move us and now I’m a planner working for FAs and I’m making $130k. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. Are recruiters reading cover letters at all? I seriously have never noticed a difference in responses from recruiters based off if I sent in a cover letter or not.
