I recently had a demo meeting with sourcewhale and it got me wondering just how popular is it to use some sort of "lead management" system in recruiting. I can definitely see the value in the platform but I wonder if any of you use them or something similar? How do you all manage outbound sourcing efforts (follow ups and such)

I was using Hireflow which allowed me to schedule automatic email follow ups with sourced candidates. I wrote the messages, and had it send one week after my first outreach, and then one additional check in a week after that.


I did full cycle with the candidates I sourced- so Hireflow helped me schedule a chain of email reach outs, but once a person responded to my outreach it wouldn't send the follow ups and it was just a natural back and forth. Does that make sense? I thought it was an awesome tool- and most of my candidate responded from the follow up emails, not the initial email. This screenshot may help it make sense:

My offer is 20 lpa
I have asked for 24 lpa ( yet to get confirmation)

Should I stay back if they offer 24 lpa/ Singapore or go with my HSBC offer

During college, I was on an anti-depressant medication for a couple of years that seemed to make me feel better and more productive. After college I warned myself off of it and seven years later, my doctor is helping me slowly get back on it. Curious if any others here have gone on and off anti-depressants and anything i should be aware of in terms of how it may impact work. **fingers crossed that it will at the very least perk me up a bit**
