I recently interviewed for a Snr Sales Strategy & Insights Mgr role at Cisco. IMO, this is the most unprofessional process I v bn in. The process took 4+ months. Hiring mgr put role on hold for 3 wks. Had to push recruiter/mgr for feedback after every interview 1 month gaps. All my interviewers (ex MBB) gave excellent feedback & recruiter. After my last push 1 month after 3rd intv, was told the role had been filled. IMO, the hiring mgr doesnt want me cos I am black. Hence the intentional delay.

I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention.
