I have a mortgage with JP Morgan chase. If I join PwC am I expected to refinance my loan with another company since it’s an audit client? If so am I expected to bear all the closing cost related to the refinance? I’ll be joining at SM level.

I need some loan advice. I have 55k in the stock market earning roughly 8% a year (not including 401k retirement money). I have 40k in student loans and 27k in car loans both at roughly 9% APR. Should I keep investing and paying the monthly payments or sell some stock and pay off the car at least?
