I recently joined new company to do BDR work for 2 markets (2 Emea countries) - for 1 specific solution. Everything was becoming clear before Q3 including territory and quotas. But now my AE had complained to sales manager that 2 markets is too big for 1 BDR and my territory is reduced to 1 country. Even though my quota of pipegen remains the same. I feel that my AE has substantially downcreased my earnings potential.
How would you, guys recommend to handle this situation.

Past 7+ years have earned between 600k-800k /year after building out a GTM PE practice which currently does $30M+. Hey all- I’m a L&D Professional with some sales experience. I want to jump into Sales L&D but many roles require sales experience. I’ve helped close complex sales for large scale project work but have never been held accountable to monthly revenue targets since it wasnt my primary role with the exception of a brief time spent as an SDR.
