If it’s not the right fit after 3mo it’s forgivable in your reasoning to the next recruiter. Just say it wasn’t a culture fit
Honestly, it’s a leap of faith joining a new business & you don’t know what you’re joining until you get there (despite the research you’ve probably taken prior to joining).
Speak with as many people as you possibly can…ask for top 3 things they enjoy & 2 things they would change.
If you really don’t like the company culture then start looking elsewhere, no point in being unhappy in your daily work life.

Take it easy. Give it some time. What are the biggest issues?
LinkedIn makes this much easier these days. Just figure out who held the role before you and see where they are now.
Does their new role interest you? Is it a promotion? Is your background similar (I.e. is it reasonable to expect that you might follow a similar path) You can also see how other consultants have performed in that company. Are there a lot of ex consultants in their leadership?
