Larsen & Toubro Guys , Please advice me on below scenario. Suppose we have offer of Company A of 10 LPA ,later we receive call from Company B then they will ask Do you have Offer in-hand? Now my question is , do we need to tell them that I have offer OR let all the round get complete ?
Thought behind asking this question is, in first call if we tell them that I have offer then they might not go with next rounds.

I would imagine the title itself won’t impact it, as companies all have different naming conventions and I see that recognized across industry. For example, I’m an “Associate” at my current company, which is an entry-level position, but a prior employer had “Analyst” as their entry-level equivalent and “Associate” as the next level up. I think companies moreso pay attention to your years of experience for context as opposed to the title itself.
A “Manager” title would definitely help, but I don’t think lacking that is a non-starter. You can include managerial-level tasks in your resume bullets, as well as highlight those responsibilities in interviews. Additionally, the prestige and recognition of being at a “top fintech company” puts your role responsibilities into perspective as well. I would imagine recruiters/hiring managers are familiar with how your current title at your company is equivalent to what is generally defined as a “Manager” elsewhere
You could always frame your title however you please. Shouldn’t affect it too much. Hell put the title you were hired as. Question is are do want to go back to consulting?
Makes sense. No, tech is much better for me right now. I’d consider going back in a few years though.
