Hey everyone! I'm going into the third week of my tax internship at KPMG. It's been great so far but I have this gnawing feeling that I'm not good enough. How should I manage this feeling? So far I've worked on two different client engagements doing workpaper roll forwards and clearing client review notes. I've learned a ton so far but I'm very much an anxious perfectionist and don't want to let my teams down.
Hi IBMers, I have an offer from IBM of 18.2 LPA 7B band and Last week I got a offer from HCL of 21.5LPA E2 Band with 13% variable. I sent an offer breakup to IBM HR as asked. Will there be offer negotiation again or they will directly send an counter offer and If I get a call from IBM for offer negotiation, How much offer should I ask for? This is my first switch and don't have much idea about salary negotiation. Tech stack - Mainframe Yoe-6.5 LWD - 28/06 IBM Infosys Cognizant Capgemini Deloitte

I have a bottle on my bar. It’s one of my go-to scotches when I’m in the mood for something peaty, along with Lagavulin & Laphroaig.
Is that the Octomore? I’ve tried it at the distillery but found it more gimmicky than anything.
Rising Star
No, Octomore is Octomore - entirely distinct from the Port Charlotte stuff. The Port Charlotte is closer in style to the core Bruichladdich and produced in significantly larger volumes with wider availability.
Octomore is meant to be experimental, so doesn’t have age statements, and varies significantly with each release. There’s also multiple variants each year.
