I recently received an offer from a well known org which is ready to give 100% hike from my current CTC.

I am having 3 YOE and current CTC is not sufficient enough to apply for work permit at onsite. Team lead said to wait for a couple of months then he will talk about early promotion and will try to get the opportunity.

Should I leave all other thoughts and accept the other offer as the process of early promotion and visa processing will definitely take a whole year?
