I recently received variance in snapshot to DTE hours, saying I need to raise additional snapshots to cover 80% of DTE hours, but the performance snapshot window is closed now. Any idea how to proceed with this?

Happy to have just received my promotion to senior manager after a very challenging year, backed by an even more challenging year prior. I've got my own beliefs what a senior manager does, or should do. I'm keen to hear transition challenges others have gone through when becoming a senior manager.

Currently a 1.5 year tenure Consultant in Deloitte GPS RFA. Just received an offer from Guidehouse for $82K, a $16K salary boost from what I make currently. I am not up for a promotion to SC at this point. I've also heard Deloitte benefits are better, but would anyone have opinions on whether I should take the job?

I am 1 of 19 Designers at a mid sized firm out of NYC. All Designers on the team except for me are only allocated to 1 client project. I switched 2 companies and respectively I had 2 PF accounts. And the amount from all of these accounts is successfully transferred to my current PF account. But the problem is, in one of my previous PF account there is still some amount remaining. Seems like it got added post I raised my tra sfer request. As online I guess we can only raise a single request for amount transfer to current PF account which I already did. Can someon please help me with the to transfer that remaining amount. TIA

Have competing offers from EY and KPMG UK Economic advisory teams( Manager/Snr Exec level). KPMG's UK technical rep and comp offer is better, but the hours appear longer. EY UK Director has had several calls selling culture (diversity and work life balance). Is there actually a substantive emphasis on this by EY? Or are 50+ hour weeks quite common? I suspect it's going to be quite team dependent/ project dependent, and therefore a gamble in any case. Thanks for any perspectives.

Spacs to this point have been the easiest money you could make. Beware of 2021 As i feel even the top spacs get some pressure. Stick with good management and companies.
