Apple Max Pros are great for noise cancellation. I put off getting them for a while because of the price but now that I have them, they’re well worth it.

I'm on week 2 of 11 for maternity leave and stressing over childcare. We were on 4 waitlists by month 3 of pregnancy and have been told there is no chance of us getting in for 3 of them until next school year, waiting to hear back from the 4th, but not hopeful based on their popularity. We've tried calling more daycares this week and most have no availability (2 have 2 year waitlists). Any advice?

I bought 3 investment properties in the last year because all of my friends were also buying and the housing market was supposed to keep going up. Unfortunately none of them is positive cash flow. Early this year my wife quit her job as we are expecting our third child. My job is also at risk. Is there a way to pause mortgage payments for a few years?
I would take a pretty big loss if I were to try and sell the properties because of closing costs. 1 of the 3 is already underwater.

I’ve been looking and 1 bedrooms are going for $5,000+ but I really need the space as an elderly parent is moving in with me. Hate to lose this marvelous apt I love, Can I sublet & profit on difference or what are my options? Tia

Hi ladies. I'm seeking a recommendation for an Amazon (or Office Depot) laptop bag for use in those occasions when I take my "work" laptop to and from client meetings and court proceedings. Anyone have a recommendation they love? It would be great if: 1) it was feminine but could be gender neutral for occasional use by others; 2) needs to fit a 17" laptop; 3) has the ability to hold the charger and a few extras (pen, post it's, and maybe even a small mouse); and 4) is around $75-$100. Thanks!

I'm in our corporate football league and we have mixed matches sometimes. I am an A-cup and I don't need a sports bra, I wear sports tops without. I guess if you stare at my breast for a while you could guess that I have my nipple pierced. Next day after a match the partner winked at me in the kitchen and said 'I was never into piercing but yours just blows my mind'. Am i wrong not to wear a sports bra or is he just **cked in the head making comments like that? How would you react?

I genuinely feel harassed by this other Female associate whenever I have to do work for her.

She’s constantly coming up to my desk, booking up my work calendar with 10 minute meetings everyday hour or so and calling me up 5 times a day if I’m WFH.

Also, she’s really nice when the partners aren’t around, but horrible as soon as she sees one coming! She’ll completely switch personalities (which I understand) but she will belittle me in front of them.

Help! What should I do?
