I recently started a job in direct response marketing. The company, culture and investment in team members is incredible. The only issue is…I don’t love direct response. In fact, it’s a pretty big turn off to me. How long would you stay at a company where you’re learning a ton and have plentiful growth opportunities but dislike the nature of the work? Early 30s. Mid-senior level.
