I recently switched to a Customer Engineering role but now thinking about switching to SRE or Site Reliability Engineering. My ultimate goal is to be more close to the product or code. SWE will be the ideal choice but need time to prep for the interviews.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. I was in a very bad shape last year (major anxiety episodes, OCD flares, panic attacks) and now I'm MUCH better. I feel like one thing that helped through it was for the first time in my life opening myself to experience my spiritual side (not talking religion here).

I feel like now that i feel better overall, I'm disregarding that part of me but wishing i still had that drive to feed my spiritual self. Any ideas on how to bring it back to my life in a way that doesn't really feel forced?

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year.
