Is the hype real? Working for google
I am a Revenue Cycle Analyst at a large hospital.
I come from a healthcare operations background, have my Masters in Health Administration and 3+ yoe in large hospitals/headquarters. I am now learning sql on my own, proficient in excel and tableau.
I would like to know the best way to get into large tech companies like Google for non tech roles. Should I consider trying to work at a Tech company for a few years before switching back to healthcare? Google Amazon Accenture AbleTo CVS Health

Don’t know anything about gTech specifically, but ballpark for L5 non-engineering (assuming HCOL) is probably ~$160k-$200k base and ~$250k-$300k TC.

I’ve been here since May and so far excellent WLB and would expect no issue whatsoever with maternity leave.
Thank you! Would you say this is true if I am due in late January? I, of course, started the recruiting process about 7 months ago, but have just come to fruition now. I am unsure how long it takes for the "matching" process for teams, I am just worried starting and then having to take a maternity leave in late January as well as job security when I return. Any further insight would be much appreciated! Thanks again!

Any insight into job security after Maternity leave? I have heard recent acquisitions and the general economy have made it a dog eat dog culture and a lot of shake ups
Also in the team match phase for the same role but for L3 under gUP. Recruiter alluded 180k TC, so yours should be higher. Have you had any fit calls yet? I’ve been stuck in this phase for months.
