Was on the beach for 7 months until I got laid off! Got severance on top of it! Got a job offer before severance was done - so I was double paid for a month #winning
What is the minimum type of exit offer would consider taking? (Company, Group, Salary, Position). Essentially what tips the balance towards leaving your current job?
Penn State is the Deloitte of colleges 💩
After leaving public, is it normal to miss the social aspect/people in public? Sure that some are straight assholes, but those who you get along with make your life less miserable on shitty jobs.

Client aiming to close a deal on the last day of the working year. Partner is pretty much MIA. There’s a lot of work to be done and I’m only in my first year. How do entrepreneurs deal with burnout? A colleague of mine recently reached out to me to share that he was experiencing some burnout and lack of motivation. I shared that I feel the same, but off and on. I was wondering how others deal with this?
