Is Infosys HRs really dumb, they are continuously posting on LinkedIn that they are hiring for Infosys. It has been more than 60 days and my profile is still showing the Schedule Interview.

I tried to reach close to 9-10 HRs and they are not responding to my messages on LinkedIn.

One HR will post anything related to hiring and immediately in next 2 minutes you'll see a bunch of replies from Infosys HR like #hiring, #hiring2022,

Wasting our crucial time 😠

After two months of interviews, I got an email from the company asking to set up a call with HR manager and Director. Either they are going to let me down via a call or make some kind of verbal offer I assume? I have an idea of salary/package wise of what I would leave for. How can I prepare to negotiate numbers and what other ways can I make the call as productive as possible if it’s an offer discussion?

During my initial phone screening for a startup which is hoping to IPO in 2024 recruiter said X shares. I did quite well in the interviews and I’m expecting an offer on Monday. What questions should I be asking? Vesting schedule, current fmv? What about refresh schedule (is that a thing?) and dilution? How much room for negation is there with shares at this stage of a startup (series E)? Can I ask for 2X shares or is that too ambitious?

What are the go to resources today for buy side interview prep? I have the BIWS course which has some LBO prep but not sure if their modules are the best ones out there still.
