I scored a 730 on my GMAT in college without too much study. Let’s say that I wanted to try to raise that score. Any tips for efficiently preparing so that I can get to a 760+?

Happy to have just received my promotion to senior manager after a very challenging year, backed by an even more challenging year prior. I've got my own beliefs what a senior manager does, or should do. I'm keen to hear transition challenges others have gone through when becoming a senior manager.

This will be my first year end with D (just a SA). Any rumblings of what the expected raise range will be?

I’ve been an atty for 5 years at a small firm where I started their PI with exp. from the firm I clerked for. Outside of books and seminars, I have no guidance or mentor. Despite this I’ve been somewhat successful ($1-3 Mil/year) but I never stop working. Additionally, the $70K I’ve been paid for the last 3 years has me bitter and burning out. I asked for a raise but was turned down. I feel like less of an investment and more of a cash cow. Am I asking too much? Any advice?

I am in PDM Specialist/ senior consultant 1 &2. This is my promotion year. How do i conform the next title is PDM specialist 2 or the PDM manager?

Any experienced senior managers that have moved between Big 4 firms? Can you speak towards your experience, any struggles, and opportunities in terms of partner promotion? Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. Our CSM department is going through a major restructure right now. There has been a huge amount of turn over since the beginning of the year. Our managers have not given us any insight to what the new restructure will look like, they have also pushed out our annual raise conversations until the end of April. A lot of CSMs are leaving the company and it has me thinking maybe I should entertain other opportunities elsewhere as well. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Is asking for a raise at a company I’ve been at for 6 months to soon? I believe the work I’ve been doing is worth more than what I’m making now

Been a customer success manager at a tech org for about a year and was just given a promotion that’s $21k lower than what we’re hiring new folks (albeit with 2 years of experience) for. My supervisor has stated after a month period they will look at a promotion for me- I have passed that 3 month mark and think I am ready. What is an acceptable salary raise to ask for?
