I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

I would say something as soon as possible. Waiting til the last minute will make everyone involved upset. I don't know your circumstances for not being in a position to take the job, but I'm assuming you were when you applied and now can't, so explain as much as you feel comfortable doing and thank them for the opportunity etc. Bow out gracefully. I think people understand that life happens and things don't always go to plan. Just don't drag it out
Did you already accept the job in writing or just verbally? At the end of the day just be as honest as you can. The other company would prefer to know sooner rather than later so they can start their search over again
In writing :/. I haven’t done anything yet because I’ve been too nervous on what to say.
What aren’t you in a place to accept it? I don’t understand what you mean by this statement, and I get the impression you’ve maybe just gotten cold feet...?
I assume you want this job, and that is why you applied, interviewed and accepted the offer. Don’t get in your own way now and take away the opportunity you created for yourself. You can do this. Remember that everyone at the new job has already weighed in and decided you could too.
Sit down and write up the pluses and minuses. I had 2 offers and picked the better fit even though there was less money on the table.
I did that and they came out about even. I also already accepted. I feel like a terrible person
You do what you have to do. But inform them as soon as possible, and accept that you may literally be blacklisted from that company for future roles (personal experience--recruiter pressured me to make a snap decision to accept an opportunity, which I did not want after getting unexpected firm counter offer... Which recruiter did not tell me may happen)
