Does ZS give promotion to expectant mothers or employees on maternity leaves.
Really looking forward to hear hoesnt answers from women in ZS if they faced any challenge in their career after revealing that they are about to go on maternity leave/ on maternity leave. Every felt pressurized to prove your worth or got bad projects after resuming office ZS Associates
Not your monkeys, not your circus. Unless you or other employees are being negatively impacted by this behavior I would stay out of it. There is no upside for you. If you are directly asked about it, fine be honest and forthcoming. If you see their behavior begin to impact work, clients, or other employees, speak up immediately.
what? Not your monkey.. Your a fool and I am sure you will be stuck at the same level in your career because Karma is a bitch and when you don't help fellow employees it will come back to you and bite you. No one deserves that in the workplace, NO ONE. I would fire both employees involved. That is absolutely childish behavior.
Would stay in your lane
I like how this is the true thing, as opposed to what all those modules tell us to do.😂
100 percent report
We kink shaming now?
You’re right. Shame on me
Absolutely report it
If someone spit on me idc if it’s MD, they’re getting knocked out in the office and I am getting fired that day
That’s sick. I would be doing the electric slide to HR.
We need a LOT more detail!
Dating?? This... sounds like a sex thing.
WTf is going on at TD?
TD had a very poor company culture when I was there
There is annual training on work place harassment etc. and what was done how’s against the Code of Conduct. Unless the one spitting is the child of the CEO they should be fired!!!
Report it. But very curious to the reaction from the person who was spit on? This is pretty serious. If the person who got spit on reports it, and they ask you what you saw, I think you could get in trouble for it as well if you admit you did. If you deny, you’re only helping the spitter
I feel it could be a criminal offense if the person has a communicable disease.
Do you know if the victim reported it? Just wondering why you have to report it and not the victim. Where I come from that is one of the lowest forms of disrespect….wow.
This! Everything professional goes out the window if your saliva makes contact with any part of me!!
Definitely report. Wtf ridiculous that someone would do that at work.
Without a doubt report it!
That’s disrespectful and disgusting. Report it!
Would you want someone to spit on you without anyone speaking up?
Wtf mate
…everyone has a different love language.
J/k, report it.
Report...you need to be on the right side of this
I don’t think anyone is opening an investigation and terminating someone because they didn’t report a spitter
Sorry I’d most definitely report . If you don’t and it’s found out please know they’re calling you in. Reputable risk. If something were to happen in that place where there was office violence or a blowback from this you could be in danger also. If you disclose that there was some type of funk at the job and you witnessed it you can do it anonymously? Don’t play yourself do it anonymously many blessings onto you and your coworkers because I’m not gonna lie to you somebody spitting on someone is the ultimate disrespect for a person and you just never know how they’re going to click. research and see if you’re able to report without full disclosure unless needed.
Ouch I’m curious to know what caused that. I would absolutely report it. Work is not the place for it. They need to take to the streets!
