Last Wednesday I was able to get a Deloitte job referral, I applied the next day. Yesterday I signed in to my account and it shows that I applied for the job but when I click on the link it show me an error page. I searched for the job on the website itself and it disappeared. There were like multiple positions but different locations, now they’re all expired. What does this mean? Did they choose a candidate already? It’s weird it never happened to me before

I actually just accepted a offer letter on Monday for a BDM position that a headhunter recruited me for. Same industry that I am currently in but the role is for a company that is higher up the supply chain. (A material supplier to manufacturing companies that produce finished good such as my current organization)
The new company offered me a guaranteed salary, bonus structure, PTO, car allowance and other perks that would allow me to make as much and potentially more than I am making in my in my current role on a straight commission plan with LESS STRESS.
The idea of being able to focus on the business plan and customers without having to worry if projects are going to be booked or invoiced every month in a post pandemic economy played a key role in deciding to make the move.

Sounds like a dream. Congratulations.
It would take a personal need to relocate, i.e. closer to the kids or closer to our aging parents, and even then I would do everything I could to move laterally within the company.
