I see a lot talk on MBA Reddit about NYC MBB offices as the most difficult offices to land. Is there actually a higher level of difficulty to land NYC? Or is it a bunch of unknowledgeable people spreading bs?

Can anyone let me know how easy it is to apply to a consulting firm in Dubai directly coming from London? I am currently working at a T2 strategy firm in London and my partner and I want to relocate in ~1.5 years. My firm does not have an office in Dubai whilst my partners firm does. Is it possible to apply straight (rather than moving laterally in London, waiting a few years then transferring?) interested in MBB views too. (I would have roughly 2.5 YOE by then)

So I’m thinking of taking a pharmacy tech course at my local community college. I already work in healthcare on the admin side (authorizations, front desk etc) & looking to get a certification that’s quick & don’t have to go back to school. Interviewing with ZS, and recruiter claims that their C level is equivalent of Manager at B4, even though C is the post MBA level which is SA/SC at B4. And at ZS, there is M and AP level before partner while at K there is only Director before PPMD. 8.5YOE (all in consulting) and 180k current base, should I go through with C level interviews? In Business Technology group, would appreciate some guidance on how to understand differences between ZS and B4, title and comp wise and responsibilities.
