I am working in Deloitte PMO Analyst with cumulative work ex 2.5 years. I want to move to Program Management in FAANG. But for all the posts I see work ex is more than 3 years with an MBA. So, Should I go for an MBA first or should I apply for the same roles. I am mainly aiming Amazon.

I feel like Facebook needs to be removed from “FAANG” status and replaced with Salesforce, SAANG, or some other arrangement of the letters. Does anyone else feel this way?

I wonder, why everyone is not applying for FAANG and they’re happy with startups or other companies? (Not talking about who are not able to clear the interviews )
