Is anyone the only EA/Operations Manager for a small company (less than 50)? How do you manage?

I’ve received an offer to be an OM at a startup but will also have EA duties. Frankly, over the course of the interviews, the job description has changed several times. It appears I would be expected to help 3 C-suite, the VP Operations, and some of the BizDev team (assuming I accept of course).

I am tasked with revamping our recruitment process to be OFCCP compliant. We have a large warehouse and hire temp-to-perm using mostly outside temp agencies. This creates an issue of not having an applicant pool for our “permanent” hires when the temps role perm. 98% of hires look like they are 1:1. Has anyone faced this issue and how did you handle it?

Do I not understand the value of this because I'm a millennial? Is it just that it is easier to assume foresight by the fact that one exists rather than its absence? But unlike engineering or design, I can't really add things to my portfolio. I care about myself and I'm confident but to assume others care enough about me to go to my personal website just feels pompous to me. Any brand I created with it would be a lie.

HBS admit - 65-70% aid (tuition only) or MBB sponsorship (full tuition and rent). What would you pick? Long term goals don’t involve being at MBB and want to try getting into VC. Have enough savings / stocks that I can liquidate to cover the remaining 30-35% that aid wont cover. Will take loan for “day to day spending” (60-80K) on top of that. International student (Asian).
