Hey Fishes, I am a consultant with 7.5 YOE. I am due my promotion 2023. I have really good rating which is little better than last year where I got 40 percent hike. My current CTC is 22 LPA (fixed) . I also have Master Degree. My Tech Stack is Data Science. I have a offer from Royal Bank of Scotland Services India Pvt Ltd. for 35 LPA(fixed) .

I’ve been struggling with this, in part because it happened to me in a previous role & I’m trying to leave it behind. I was managing a diverse team which had two white males on it. I recall during my first few wks, whenever I stated something in a meeting 1 of the white males would re-explain what I just said really rapidly, almost in a manic sort of way.The other white male would get really sassy (not how else to describe this) with me at times. Last month I had an interview with Google and they asked me for a portfolio, so I quickly threw one together on squarespace, which required me to pay for a monthly squarespace subscription. While I didn't get the job, I'm still applying for some roles that require a portfolio. But I'm not sure if that justifies paying for my subscription because I'm not doing anything else with the site. What FREE website builders would you recommend where I can use my domain name but not pay a subscription?
