Re-attach email.
Yeah. I would resend the email as an attachment. You want to play stupid games; we can play stupid games.
I'd probably forward your original email again to the client, not copying CEO. And then reply to to the chain with the CEO on it and say, "Resent separately and attaching again here for easy reference." Not really outright throwing your client under the bus but also giving yourself a little cover. Your client will know they missed it and hopefully appreciate your discretion.
This is your time to shine in front of the CEO ✨
Re-attach the email sent yesterday along with some face-saving language like "sorry you weren't able to get to this yesterday" etc. Client is trying to look like they're driving an outcome, but they're doing so at your expense.

That is the way. “Hello, + sharing attachment blah blah sent on blah blah, please let me know if you need any clarifications, blah blah bye”
"As per my last email..."
Put them in a body bag and move on with your day.
Always reattach. If the person ignored your email then you don’t know what they told the CEO and probably blamed the lateness on you.

I would forward or attach the original send. But they could have missed it (in their flood of email) or it may have gone to their junk mail, so be polite at the same time.
Agree with D1. Reattach directly back to your client, don’t copy the CEO. Sometime we get paid to take the hit, and in this case it sounds like the client expects you to play along so they can save face in front of the CEO. Especially if this client contact is the buyer

Hey xxx,
Attaching the analysis here.
I also sent it yesterday, it must have gone to junk/spam.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
