We’re already taking steps to find a replacement but was looking for tips to keep boosted when this occurs. We were told the classic “it’s not us it’s me” statement (and we don’t hold any blame or animosity - relations are good atm, and the pay is fair, but it’s Ubisoft ) but we’re trying to find a way to retain talent.
