Hi all, I joined a company 7 weeks ago as a motion graphics designer in the marketing team. 5 weeks after I joined, two coworkers in my team, both titled marketing associate handed in two weeks notice and leaving on the same day. They told me the reason they leave is because of the head of marketing who was my hiring manager during the interview process.
