I'd say your options are to either ask your manager if there's an option for WFH or at least a hybrid schedule so you don't have to go into the office 5 days a week, or find something closer. The typical rule of thumb for moving on from a job is one year, and you're already past that, so I wouldn't worry about that piece of the puzzle.
How long is your commute? Are you expected in the office 5 days a week? Is there any possibility of a hybrid schedule?
Look and see what other opportunities are available to you if your current job is inflexible with working a hybrid model.
The commute now can range from 45 - an hour 15 one way. I am allowed on day of remote work right now and I’ve tried to discuss more time from home with my boss in the past and it did not go in my favor.
It just depends on what you value. If you value the benefits and pay then stick it out. If you value the time you commute more than the money, maybe start looking. It isn't too soon to find something else.
