I have been interviewing at Tavisca for a month long, thanks to there recruiter, already tole my expectation upfront, Now after all the tech rounds, HR round happened and told again my expectation INR X lpa Hr was like ok, will go ahead, now after someday, he says that we dont have budget and cannot go further. Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa, After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

Most people who are sharing success stories have some kind of failure story to tell as well. But very few share them.
Also it is a vital skill in this industry to be able to block all these distractions of what others are getting and focus on self improvement. Ultimately what you can achieve through your hardwork and dedication will be your success story.
Struggling to get an offer doesn't mean it's all over. Keep on trying . Try to identify what mistakes you are making and try not to repeat them. Learn from your mistakes and others.
Don't compare yourself with others . Everyone is different and has different path in life. Focus on yourself.

To answer your question I have appeared in 12-13 interviews with average 3 rounds in each company and ended up getting 5 offers. Trust me I got better with each round of interview. Initially I was low in confidence and faced challenges to describe in fact to construct the words in a proper way. My mantra was I did not think much about the end result, just kept focussing on each round. Also I tried to understand the psychology of the interviewers like what they want to hear from me! So this is my struggle and success story.

You can always see something and take it as an inspiration or see the same and keep it as your reason for excuses.
I am not saying it’s not hard, this situation is trying to teach you something. May be you wanna do something different to get there but you will eventually get to your success point.
As pointed well by Samsung1, we need to go through data but need to pick what we require and focus on our self development. There can be both positive and negative for everything and we need to learn how to balance in different situations through out our life to live happily.

Guys that's just how life works, opportunities are not evenly distributed amongst all deserving people.
As adults we need to understand this and still keep doing our best and hope we get what we deserve.
I was on the other side of group, thinking what's lacking, why am I not able to crack the interviews...but it's a process, you will get it if you work hard towards it. Success will follow if you do your part diligently.
If you see any success stories then ask them how they achieved it step by step.
Also bro there are many posts of struggling persons, persons in depression due to their low salary. People have helped them.
Well it's all about perception, I feel it's good to share that a person can have 4 5 offers, this is quite motivating...
May be a bit stressful, if you take the posts to your heart.
But many will probably acknowledge that this app provides a platform where we get answers to our questions very easily.

Sorry boss but totally disagree, if u r saying somebody's success is stress for other then it's a big no. And if it is for anyone then it's part of their nature to be like that and that's why they are lagging behind. Well people can deny this but this is truth. By seeing others sucess u shd get inspiration motivation and that's the only reason we have platforms where we can share things.
So be happy in success of urs or others.
True,We should look for positives. Other than people showing off success, this app also helps you to know things that are important and most of the people don't know and end up with wrong decisions.
I feel this gives reality checks about where we are lying .
It also encourages me to get more offers and get maximum benefits during the notice period.
