I start a master’s in global management in August. I am thinking of getting an online certificate during this time. I am interested in strategy, international development, trade/commerce, and consulting. My background: I am 23. I have a BA in Latin American Studies and History. I speak english and Spanish and I am learning basic Mandarin.

what sort of consulting are you interested? you’ve got a lot going on. hmm.. strategy for advertising? and what do you mean by international development? perhaps you could try to land yourself as an strategy intern for a global account? why do you feel you need a masters degree?

i dont pay for premium, i wait until they offer me a free month and then i cancel the day before hahaha but i use those 30 days to put some work in on messaging people - you could also do free linkedin and get savvy with advanced search on google to find peoples emails

Is a JD a good move? I am currently a claims analyst for a top brokerage firm in NY. However I also want to attend law school as I think it will grow my career. Is this the right move? Is anyone at a job they really, truly enjoy that also pays competitively (and has good benefits)? In my experience, I haven’t found anything that satisfies both.
