I have cleared 2 technical rounds and then submitted payslips to HR .
After few days when I asked HR about the status hr is saying that my application is went for BU head approval.
Still HR discussion is not yet done.
Can you please tell what is BU head approval and is there any chances of rejection at this stage

Are any one serving notice period currently in Deloitte USI ? I have one doubt. If we are not into project currently and want to drop the resignation next week, will Deloitte give the release immediately ? Or do we need to serve the notice period mandatory ?

I think I bombed my final round today. Was taken a bit aback with a pure focus on numbers so took a bit of time solving it and in the end interviewer skipped one part of a chart cos she had to move on to other charts. The qualitative case part went well I think. Disappointed in myself!
