Anyone able to give me a referral for Facebook (Meta) or Google?
I am a paralegal with 8 years of experience in the legal industry (+ Fortune 500). I was just diagnosed with a serious health condition and I’m looking for new remote position, that is challenging and offering high pay and benefits. Facebook (Meta) & Google currently have openings for positions that align with my skills. I kind ask that you simply share some tips, if you are unable to offer a referral. THANKS!
Are MBB firms hiring for Dubai office?
It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Well what’s your experience and what do you want?
You can use the current economic and social climate as a means to creat a position. You could say something like you are applying for a new job because you want to work somewhere that makes investments during a downtown (there is a figure out there showing that companies who invest in a recession come out on top) and that the instability in the market has made you proactive in looking for new opportunities
OP I‘d use a combo of the above and what AC1 is saying. It truly depends on how long you’ve been in the role and the length of time you were in your last role.
Most recruiters and businesses take time in role into consideration during the hiring process. They want to minimize churn and retain you and unfortunately spending only a few months at a company regardless of role and jumping ship doesn’t help your case.
Overall, be honest about the poor fit and don’t be afraid to use the current situation to your advantage.
Well you can always bail out and just blame it on covid as the reason you had to leave or say you were furloughed
