Nope. Always listen to your gut instinct. It seems as though the market is slowing down, but if it were me, I would start applying and putting feelers out. Remember, it’s never a bad thing to have options. Good luck!
I agree start applying now before doing anything to let them know your going. Or want to go.

Give it at least 6 months before you decide to stay or leave
I wouldn’t think three months would be enough time to get fully acclimated to the job to have a true picture. Environment and people def can make a difference, but… you can also practice healthy personal boundaries and not give those people a vote on how you feel, and don’t give them space at your mental table. Theres always going to be “those” people at every job. I just don’t give those people a vote on how I feel and what impacts my environment. It takes practice but it helps!!!
Still feeling a change after 6m-1y then I say go for it. But also don’t let that less than desirable work environment negatively impact your resume. It looks better to have been at each place 1-2 years minimum before moving on. If you only have 1 or 2 short durations you might be able to get away with it. But… my resume is important to me and I would tough it out for the sake of my resume AND … you might find some personal growth in resilience along the way!
