I started a new job last month and had the anatomy scan this Wednesday which said everything is good. I am eligible for all the maternity benefits. I want to let my manager know but struggling to articulate it. I want to be confident and acknowledge it's an inconvenience but don't want to sound apologetic. Would really appreciate your help here

Riots have quantified the the cost of social injustice. Now everyone can estimated the cost and benefits of social and law enforcement reform. Businesses, who essentially run the country, now know that not supporting reform will impact their balance sheet.

Tell me again why a full agency is necessary? 😆 We hire and give full benefits, while agencies continue to ask freelancers for discounts, while jacking up their agency rates.

I absolutely hate EY’s Fidelity 401k. Deloitte’s Vanguard answers the phone the moment you call. Meanwhile Fidelity I’ve been on hold for 20min+ and this is every time I call.
