I started working in EY India from 1st Jan 2022 as Scon, will I be eligible for bonus and hike?

PLEASE HELP! I’m a first year commercial litigation associate at a boutique firm. I am deciding between two offers. One is to go in-house paying roughly the same as I make now. The second offer is from big law as a commercial real estate associate, paying double.

I would love to go in-house and never worry about billable hours again but the big law money is super tempting. Advice?? Is the money really worth it?

So I am a CPB wi to AAPC but have no work experience as of yet. A job is offering $20/ hr and I wanted to know if that aligns with most places. It’s the DMV area if that helps any.

My office recently was acquired by a new owner. He's shown interest in me being his office manager. He's said after this transition period, that they want to give me the official title and pay yo compensate that. But it's been 4 months. The transition is over and I've been busting my butt. On all the documents I am the manager, yet I feel like they just gave me the title without the pay for it. Should I wait a bit longer and be patient, or should I speak up and ask for the raise?

If I join CTS in mid of July this year, would I be eligible for increment in next year's appraisal cycle? Considering hypothetically that I get a good rating

I’m a campus recruiter for an asset management firm. I started this job at the end of April and it’s honestly been chaos since then. I don’t feel like it’s been fulfilling and it’s very admin heavy…really just not what I was expecting from being in campus before. The offer from EY India is very less and my joining is on 16th. I do not think negotiation will work at this point. Synechron & Altimetrik is offering far better pay than EY India. The difference is Close to 5L. Can anybody through some light here. I have a YOE of 4Y and tech stack- Java/MS/ React. EY is offering 10.5 fixed.
