Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express

Find a new job and send out a company wide email about your adjustment story to light the fire at your company
Sure, stir up trouble and possibly resentment under the guise of helping. If they want to get a raise they can get it themselves.

The worst case scenario is that you humble brag to your colleagues about your raise as a method to *encourage* them to all request a raise at once, then they don’t get the raise because of fund availability/budgeting, then they all quit for another job because they didn’t get the raise, then you’re left with all the work that didn’t get done because now there’s a massive shortage of engineers.
If they want a raise, they should be making that request through their own merit and volition — not because someone decided to humble brag.
I wouldn’t. Maybe your adjustment just gets you up with everyone else.
No need to brag. Why you want to tell your colleagues? Tell your family and friends if you need to share.
