Yes we all do. We need money in our youth to ruin our health and then spend money when we are old to recover it.
Give it 10 more years and you will know what I am talking about :)
I took medication when it was uncontrollable. Now, I feel anxious, but I find some medicine to overcorrect it. Yes it impacts my life but I try to overcome it. No real strategy... just try positive thinking

What meds are you on?
I took medication on and off for a few years but it was hard to get off of it when I no longer needed it (withdrawal effects from SSRIs are awful). Been med free since July and want to stay that way, so I am actively trying to take a step back when I become overwhelmed, but it doesn't always work. I do things like put down my phone, go outside for a few minutes, go for a drive/walk... basically get a change of scenery. Last week I was a mess for a few days, but I'm better now.
I just didn't need them anymore. They aren't meant to be a life long thing.
Heavy weightlifting was worked for me
Weight training works amazing for anxiety regardless of gender.
I’ve had anxiety my whole life. Sometimes it completely wrecks me. I can barely take a breath and sometimes I wake up with dread. I’ve taken Lexapro for the last few years. And for years I’ve taken an occasional Ativan. That helps a lot. Also I try to do some meditation using headspace.
Tried several things. Medication occasionally, reducing caffeine, magnesium pills to relax, relaxing teas, L theanine etc. Even tried CBD which messed up my stomach. Right now I am experimenting with L theanine to relax at night and get better sleep.
