I suggested a KPI based on a hiring manager satisfaction survey. Any thoughts/input on questions to include on the survey? I'm debating between a rating system or free text responses.

So far thinking - how satisfied are you with recruiting process, rate quality of candidates presented, what would you change in recruiting process..

So I had a first interview this past Friday at a company that I had previously interviewed with and made it to the final round last month. They decided to go with an internal candidate after it came down to me and him. The current role is more senior, and was one I was asked to apply for by the hiring manager, whom I also met with during the last set of interviews. I emailed the recruiter to f/u on Friday and still have not gotten a reply. Should I be concerned?

I’m currently in a junior accounting role working with invoicing and billing management. I don’t have a degree in finance or accounting but the more I learn about finance the more interested and excited I become. Anyone have any insight as to how to grow in my career without additional schooling? (Open to certificate suggestions). Additionally what roles can I strive for given my experience?

I am hesitating to take lead role. But for my experience (8 YOE) I will have to take up that role at least in my next switch.

Would you feel comfortable telling HR that your service line’s culture sucks and name the individuals who cause it? Job offer extended but now some red flags… I was extended an offer today with a pay raise and great benefits. It’s in a field that interests me more but, now some red flags have come up.
