Did your hashtag just say raggedy green dot? I’m hollering 😂 😂 😆!
I needed to laugh and come back. Ok, here’s what you do:
1) cool off and have a conversation with her later asking for feedback on your work, how you can improve and thank her (play the game). Try and incorporate the feedback as much as possible.
2) Be proactive and talk to your coach about some of the challenges you faced with her. Let your coach know that you’ve had a conversation and are moving forward or have resolved the issue. Don’t let her control the narrative by providing a one sided view.
3) look at this as a learning experience as we all have to work with people that we don’t necessarily see eye to eye with. Reflect on what you can do better as well, Shake it off and keep going. You got this 💪🏿!
Where’s the harassment or am I missing something?
Nah. She sounds crazy, and I’m sure other people will see that too! Just ensure your differing perspective has clear justification. Remember, it’s okay to disagree but recognize when it’s best to yield due to “politics.” Unfortunately, WE sometimes gotta play the game✌🏾
i don't see it as harassment. do you know what they said in the email? my advice is dont give af about her or her email, and dont dare let her suck any of your joy. if it ends up she bad mouthed you, confront her and ask why since you did exactly what she asked for
Let your coach know in full transparency what happened. Ask your coach for what was shared. They are supposed to let you know this stuff, especially if it seems like a performance issue or concern about your reputation. Did she complete a snapshot for it? If not then you are fine. If she did you need to get in contact with a leader above her to discuss the issue of you really see that there was slander of your work.
I didn’t even submit a snapshot for this.
How did you manage her expecations despite not seeing eye to eye?
And ultimately neither one of our opinions mattered because more senior leaders decided on the direction they wanted to go in.

Let your work speak for itself. If you know you did what the girls SHOULD have done, then there’s nothing left to say. Don’t engage with that mess.
People react like that when they feel threatened, so if anything take that as a sign that you’re on the right track.
