I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?
Anyone down to critique my resume?

at least you come from a firm and have experience! i’ve been not getting any interviews while applying for entry level positions, switching from Industry :(
Agreed. I come from a small niche firm. It’s a struggle to transition or get noticed. I’m going big in my next exit, and only working through referrals. Been trying since Jan, and no luck. But I’m learning a lot.
Don’t compare someone else’s highlight reel to your tape. Never know how close or far you may be to what you want and they probably went through what you feel right now. Take your time, keep working, it’ll come through
I was in the same boat as you over the past few months and felt stuck in my current position. Update your LinkedIn profile and reach out to people in your network for any possible opportunities. If there's a company that you want to work for and you have a connection working there, ask if they can give you a referral. Also, ask your friends to review and provide feedback on your resume/LinkedIn. You got this, keep your head up!

I agree with BCG1. I’ve tried both ways and have either not gotten a response or not gotten a referral
You have to be aggressive in this market. Every desirable role is inundated with resumes.

I see that now! I’m not sure what else to do though. I feel like I’ve done all I can do
