I think I am a pretty good programmer. I can do clean coding and make complex systems that are easily maintainable and understandable for my colleague's at a good pace. However, my personality afk is completely the opposite, I'm messy, incoherent in speech, easily confused and distracted and perceived as ditzy. I've been accused of being dumb sheep. (If you know mbti I'm a stereotypical ENFP)

Last week team dynamics took a turn for the worst (even tho in each retro the team always commend each other, you would think team work is great). Team members get agitated with each other for being slow. I’ve gone to a handful of AA meetings. I know I need it and I want to be there but I’m pretty reserved/guarded around people I don’t know well. We've had a bunch of customer reports of some text having the same color as the background on some products when the user is configured in X mode. They were totally right. I created a task to change the background color to something more appropriate. I thought it would be trivial, so I assigned it to a junior.

It's taken them 2 weeks to complete. We're still getting customer complaints about it. No one can explain why it took 2 weeks to complete.
