Agreed. Support system during performance review time. It did just occur to me that this could be why Donald Trump wont't stop tweeting. Honestly though, it is so hard to explain this stuff to friends and family outside of consulting. They can't get it. It is like another country with a different language and culture.
Yeah, they always start around this time in the spring. When I hear them, I know that I have def stayed up too late. I'm EST. Missed their posts about the lemons. Oh well. So happy you liked it!
My go to app used to be Facebook for a longggg time! Now I'll spend maybe 5 minutes on Facebook and the check back on FB!
I think it's a way my job insecurity is manifesting itself in the week we are having our career round tables. Also great to connect with other consultants who get it.
I swear, FB tapped into something in the mind- aka what we hold in all day, but still need to say out loud to others who get it, but can't. Well done.
